2. Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect, process, or store:

• Your name, email address, or any contact details
• Account credentials (no account exists)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Sound playback history
• Any biometric or health data

3. Third-party services

The app uses two third-party services which may process limited data on our behalf:

3a. Google AdMob (free users only)

Free users see a single banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen. This ad is served by Google AdMob, which may collect:

• Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android)
• Approximate location (country/region level)
• Device type and operating system version

Premium subscribers see no advertisements and AdMob is not active for their sessions.

3b. RevenueCat (subscriptions)

In-app purchases and subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat. When you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat processes:

• A randomly generated, anonymous user ID
• Purchase receipt (provided by Apple/Google)
• Subscription status and expiry date

RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment card details — those are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.

4. In-app purchases

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). imiApps never receives, stores, or has access to your payment information.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DeepFocus
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → DeepFocus

5. Children's privacy

DeepFocus does not knowingly collect any personal data from children under 13. The app contains no content inappropriate for children.

6. Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to retain or delete. RevenueCat retains anonymous subscription records in accordance with their own policy.

7. Your rights

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA (GDPR), California (CCPA), or another jurisdiction with privacy rights, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we hold no personal data, these rights are automatically satisfied.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
